What is Collectoe?
Collectoe is a sock brand created to showcase and support international artists in a unique, wearable way. Every sock is a masterpiece of its own which will allow you to become an art collector on your feet. Each design will be produced in a limited amount to ensure exclusivity and uniqueness much like the artists works itself.
Do you offer free shipping?
"We offer free shipping on orders over $19. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.
Free shipping applies to all orders including international shipping."
When will I receive my order?
Orders should take between 5 - 10 business days discounting local and international holidays.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouses in Tel Aviv. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process.
Do you ship internationally?
"Yes, we are excited to announce that Collectoe ships internationally. We plan to expand to additional countries over time.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, United States, Belgium, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, South Korea, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada , Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Russia.
* Estimated distribution time for most destinations: 7-5 business days, estimated distribution time to Australia and Hong Kong is 12-10 business days.
How do I know how much my order will cost?
You will know the final cost of your order after adding items to your basket and then clicking "checkout."
As you get into the checkout process, you will see your order total at the bottom, based on the cost of your items, and the destination country.
Shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed during the final checkout.
Is it possible to order a gift and have it wrapped?
Yes. You may choose to gift the order during checkout. Please click the check box next to "Is this a gift?" to allow the option.
What is your return policy?
"You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
In order to be processed, returned items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:
Socks must be unworn and still have the tags attached."
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.
Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be processed.
How can I send back a return and how long will it take to process?
"If you're not happy with your Collectoe Socks you can return it within 30 days and we'll give you a free refund.

Are you responsible for tag removal damages?
We are not responsible for damage as a result of tag removal and cannot replace any socks with this issue. Please be careful when removing the tags.
What is your warranty policy?
Collectoe warrants solely to those consumer purchasers who, purchased the Collectoe branded products directly from an authorised seller, that the products manufactured by Collectoe are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty refers only to “normal use” of Collectoe’s products. Collectoe does not assume responsibility of any failure to their product that was caused by misuse, abuse or neglect that may degrade the product. Normal wear of the product is not considered to be a defect in material and workmanship.
Products that may be considered defective must be returned to the authorised seller from which the product was directly purchased or issued from with a receipt or issuer’s invoice. If the products are purchased from an unauthorised seller this limited warranty will not be valid.
How should I wash and care for my socks?
We recommend washing your socks on delicate, and by turning them inside out. We also recommend trying to keep your socks out of the dryer to protect the delicate fibres of the sock. We use premium materials and the heat from the dryer can damage these fibres and prevent the socks from lasting as long as possible.
